What are the delivery times?
Our products are generally delivered within 6 to 15 working days.
How much does delivery cost?
Metropolitan France : 6-15 working days (free from €50)
United Kingdom : 6-15 working days (free over €50)
Ireland : 6-15 working days (free from €50)
Belgium - Luxembourg - Monaco : 6-15 working days (free from 50 €)
How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
My package has not been shipped
Your shipment may be delayed for several reasons. Common delays may be due to, for example, weather incidents, customs or postal delays.
Reception
Your packages will arrive in your mailbox, at your local post office's opening times.
If your package is too large, it will be delivered to you in person.
If you are not present at the time of delivery, a delivery notice will be left and you can collect your parcel from the nearest post office.
As our products are manufactured by different manufacturers, you may receive part of your order early.
CANCELLATION & RETURN
Return and Refund
You have up to 14 days after receiving your order to request a refund or exchange.
You must wait until you have received your package before starting a refund request.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I modify my order?
Unfortunately, please note that no changes can be made to your order once it has been validated.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel your order once it has been validated. You will have to wait to receive your package, then return it to us to request a full refund (return costs being the customer's responsibility).
I received a damaged product
We always try to find the best quality products for our customers. However, there are many factors that can damage your products during transportation.
If you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us by sending an email from our contact page to let us know about your problem. Please remember to attach photos or videos that clearly show the problem, as well as the evidence at the time of the parcel arrival.
